Kraft paper is produced through the kraft pulping process, which retains long cellulose fibers that give it superior tear resistance and tensile strength compared to standard wood pulp papers. Ranging from 90gsm to 350gsm, it spans applications from lightweight tissue wrapping and bags all the way to heavy-duty multiwall sacks. Its distinctive brown, natural appearance has also become a premium design signal for eco-conscious brands.

Because it is unbleached and processed without chlorine, kraft paper is food-safe and biodegradable — making it one of the few packaging materials that can safely contact dry foods without a barrier liner.
