Rigid chipboard, also called greyboard or binder's board, is a densely compressed paperboard that does not fold — instead, it is cut to shape and wrapped in printed paper or fabric to create the iconic "rigid box" or "setup box" experience. Available from 1.5mm to 4mm in thickness, chipboard delivers the substantial weight and structural solidity that consumers associate with luxury, premium, and collectible product packaging.
